Description

These 100 PCs are in structured cabling LAN. All the workstations are standard configuration. The LAN is in client/server network topology and contains a Dell PowerEdge 1300 server. The technical and development team uses the network to provide a quick and better service to the clients. All the computers are well organized with almost every type of latest version of software necessary for data conversion / data entry work including MS Office 2000, Omni page pro14, Abbey fine reader, ACD see etc. And we also have a huge set of software collections.

Team

One hundred and twenty (120) full time Technical Persons are available to provide the best customer service. At SOFTBYTE, we value customer’s remark and evaluate our services regularly to maintain and improve customer satisfaction. We develop the data conversion and data entry work in 4 steps. With our current team we are able to produce around 900000 characters per hour with above 99% accuracy. We have 20 quality controllers who control the quality of the total product every day. After the final delivery from QC we maintain the final quality with one of the best QC software.
